Brian Russell is an expert in the strategies, planning and implementation of business growth initiatives. His 25 years of experience include management and consultative guidance of start-ups, corporate new ventures, alliances, acquisitions, integrations, turnarounds, spin-outs and divestitures.
He has helped clients achieve their objectives in many industries including software, telecommunications, banking, health-care, pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacture, retail, professional services and not-for-profit. He also enjoys helping leaders identify and improve style and cultural issues that can have significant impact on personal, team and organizational performance.
Brian earned his MBA from Xavier University with concentration in Quality Improvement and subsequent study in Entrepreneurship. His dual undergraduate business degree was magna cum laude from Murray State University where he graduated top of his class in Computer Information Systems.
He has served on the boards and leadership committees of several business, community service, professional development and faith-based organizations. His wife of 23 years, Janine, and their children, Layla and Landon, reside with Brian in Northern Kentucky.
